Treat yourself to a unique variety of food and refreshments available throughout the Holland Festival—all for very reasonable prices. The selection is always highlighted by our own Dutch treats: oliebollen (sweet, doughnut-like treats) and woosterbroojes (meat and dough baked "pig-in-the-blanket" style). But don’t limit your international tasting to the Dutch menu. The Holland Festival ethnic food stands boast specialties from many of our other ancestral cultures. Of course, the traditional Wisconsin picnic fare—brats and hamburgers—are also prepared on the grounds.
